your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed
to any company or individual. The information will be used only
to make sure that your order is processed correctly and shipped
in the timeliest manner. All orders from our website are done on
secure servers.
ORDERS DONE VIA CREDIT CARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS
OF THE CREDIT CARD. 8.25% Sales Tax is added for customers within
the state of Texas. This means that: FOR ALL SALES OUTSIDE OF Texas,
USA. THERE IS NO SALES TAX. (Great Savings)
Normal
shipping is done by UPS Ground. If you need faster service, please
call or e-mail in advance for availability and rush shipment options.
Once Payments are receive, All parts in stock will be shipped the
same or the next day. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery.
All parts on backorder will be cancel, you will not be billed. Customers
will be notify by e-mail, when the product is available. All shipping
charges will be displayed in the shopping cart total. This includes
handling, packaging and insured UPS shipping to your door.

| All orders
are shipped on a COD basis. There are two types of C.O.D. account:
C.O.D. company check (must be in business for more than a year, NO
personal check accepted.) All new accounts are sold C.O.D. Cash, until
we have proper information to accept company checks. This process
may take one to two weeks. If a check is returned for any reason,
a $25.00 service fee will be billed, and all future shipments will
be permanently returned to C.O.D. Cash only. No Exceptions. |

leaves our warehouse properly packaged and in perfect condition. Merchandise
signed for is assumed delivered and no shortage claims will be considered
unless noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. Upon your receiving,
please inspect your package immediately in the presence of the deliver
person. All damage claims must be made with the freight carrier, Top
Speed is NOT liable for any damage incurred in transit. |
